We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services to any individual who does not meet our clinical eligibility criteria. Providing false or misleading medical information may result in immediate termination of your account and could pose serious risks to your health.
All prescription weight loss treatments are issued only following a clinical assessment by a registered prescriber. Prescriptions are valid solely for the treatment and dosage specified and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
Our pharmacist will review your order and medical information before dispensing any medication. We reserve the right to refuse to dispense any prescription where it is not considered clinically appropriate. Any prescription issued remains the property of the patient but must not be used to obtain medication from other pharmacies without our knowledge where a treatment programme is ongoing.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable.
We do not store your full card details. Pricing is subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.
Once your order has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is to UK addresses only. We use tracked, discreet packaging for all orders.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including postal disruptions or incorrect addresses provided by you. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications, in accordance with UK medicines legislation.
If your order is declined by our prescriber or pharmacist, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days. For non-prescription products, you may return unopened items within 14 days for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition.
